Independent Contractor Driver Household Goods

We are seeking experienced Household Goods Drivers CDL-A OR CDL-B with a strong background in long haul household goods moving. The ideal candidate is a skilled, professional driver who is comfortable with every stage of the move, including packing, loading, securing, transporting, and unloading household goods. Owner-operators are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A OR Class B license Minimum 5 years of household goods moving experience Proven experience packing, padding, loading, securing, and unloading household goods Strong understanding of load planning, weight distribution, and safe handling procedures Professional communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and safety-focused Ability to travel for local and long-distance moves as needed Preferred Experience Owner-operator experience National account/Corporate relocation Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A OR Class B commercial vehicle Pack, load, secure, transport, and unload household goods Protect customer belongings throughout the moving process Coordinate with moving crews and customers at origin and destination Complete required shipment and DOT documentation Follow all company, DOT, FMCSA, and safety requirements Perks Very competitive ICOA Major national account booker for pack, load, and haul Fuel discount program 4 paid flights per calendar year 1st year registration and permit credit Sign on bonus We are looking for experienced household goods professional who takes pride in providing safe, efficient, and dependable service.
