Job Summary We are seeking energetic and reliable Independent Contractor Drivers specializing in Cargo and Sprinter Van deliveries Only! As a key part of our logistics network, you will operate solely with your personal vehicle or a Sprinter Van to transport goods swiftly and securely to various destinations. Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle or Sprinter Van to complete scheduled deliveries across designated routes Load, unload, and manually handle cargo using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and in accordance with customer expectations Adhere strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols during all driving activities Communicate effectively using mobile devices to confirm delivery details, report issues, or update route information Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and vehicle reliability Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism, addressing inquiries politely, and ensuring positive delivery experiences Experience Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services preferred, especially with box trucks or vans Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous for efficient loading/unloading processes Hands-on experience with manual transmission vehicles or commercial truck driving is a plus Knowledge of material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks or manual handling tools is beneficial Demonstrated ability to lift heavy items safely while following safe lifting practices Proven track record of adhering to traffic regulations and DOT guidelines during commercial driving tasks Strong organizational skills for route planning, load management, and time management in a fast-paced environment Join our team as an Independent Contractor Driver/ Cargo and Sprinter Van Only!!!
