We are looking for individuals who value reliability, communication, safety, and efficiency. Drivers will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering packages throughout assigned delivery areas while maintaining professional customer service. This is an opportunity for independent owner-operators looking for consistent delivery opportunities and the ability to earn based on their productivity and package volume. Responsibilities Safely operate your own Sprinter or full-size cargo van. Arrive at the designated warehouse for a 7:00 AM route start. Sort and load assigned packages into your vehicle. Complete approximately 40–65 package deliveries daily, depending on route volume. Ensure packages are delivered accurately and efficiently. Use a mobile delivery application for navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery. Maintain timely communication with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, and undelivered packages. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Report any delivery issues or returned packages promptly. Requirements Must own a Sprinter van or full-size cargo van. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Reliable vehicle in good operating condition. Ability to lift, load, and unload packages safely. Smartphone capable of running delivery applications. Strong time-management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes. Previous delivery or courier experience preferred but not required. Responsible for your own vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance.
