Independent Contractor Delivery Driver — Cargo Van Required

CARGO VAN DRIVERS WANTED: MARYLAND (1099)
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CARGO VAN. WE DO NOT PROVIDE VEHICLES.
TeeTees Services LLC is hiring 1099 independent contractor cargo van drivers for two delivery routes in Maryland. You choose one or both. Read everything below so we do not waste your time.
ROUTE 1: LANDOVER HILLS, MD (20784)
- Earn $1,100 per week working 5 days, or $1,540 per week working

7 days, before deductions. Pay does not change with package count.
- Pickup between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, 7 days a week. The route runs until all deliveries are done. Delivery cutoff is 10:00 PM.
- Work week is Monday through Sunday and pay arrives the following Wednesday an every Wednesday after.
- Deduction: $29.50 per week for occupational accident coverage.
- Insurance required: $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident bodily injury and $100,000 property damage. Personal auto is fine, commercial is not required.
- Cargo van, solid color, no decals or branding from another company. Drivers must be 23 or older.
ROUTE 2: ELKRIDGE, MD
- Earn $1,075 to $1,550 per week working 5 days, or up to $2,170 per week working 7 days, before deductions. Pay depends on daily package volume (about 45 to 65 packages a day).
- Pickup around 8:30 AM, 7 days a week.
- Pay schedule: two week hold to start, paid on the third week, then weekly.
- Packages are big and bulky (50 to 100 lbs). A dolly is required and you must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Deductions: $100 per lost package, $2 per bad delivery photo, weekly sorting fee ($5 to $25 depending on volume), and $1.92 per day for occupational accident coverage.
- No insurance minimum, but your vehicle must be insured.
Earnings are potential earnings based on the days you work and, for Elkridge, package volume.
REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH:
- Valid driver's license
- Current insurance ID card and declarations page
- Current vehicle registration
- MVR dated within the past 90 days
- Smartphone with data
- Work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
- 24 hours notice if you cannot work a scheduled day. Same day call-outs and no call no shows end the contract.
You set your own schedule. You are responsible for your own gas, taxes and vehicle maintenance.
