INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (1099) DELIVERY DRIVER — CARGO VAN (REQUIRED START DATE: OCTOBER 12TH)

Performance-based incentives for consistent, reliable, and dedicated drivers Consistent daily route opportunities based on performance and reliability VEHICLE REQUIREMENT — IMPORTANT: CARGO VAN OR SPRINTER VAN ONLY NO PERSONAL VEHICLES / NO CARS / NO SUVs / NO PICKUP TRUCKS Drivers must operate a reliable cargo van suitable for last-mile package delivery. SCHEDULE: This is a 7-day-a-week operation running year-round (closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas). Contractors must be available to work at least 5 days per week. Monday–Friday availability is strongly preferred; weekend availability qualifies drivers for additional incentives. DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS: Manage, load, and organize small parcel routes assigned directly from local Walmart distribution locations (Hanover, York, and Camp Hill areas). Complete approximately 70–100 stops per day, averaging 8 to 10 hours per shift. Follow assigned delivery routes, provide accurate digital proof of delivery, and safely handle customer packages. Maintain a clean, professional, and reliable delivery vehicle while obeying all traffic safety regulations. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Must own, lease, or operate a reliable cargo van or Sprinter van. Smartphone with a reliable cellular service plan for dispatch routing. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the shift. Ability to work independently with strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills. Must be able to commit to at least 5 days per week. Previous delivery or courier experience is preferred but not required.
