Independent Contract Courier Driver (1099)The Phoenix Group USA LLC The Phoenix Group USA LLC is seeking dependable Independent Contract Courier Drivers to assist with local donation pickups, deliveries, and bank deposits. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity — not a W-2 employment position. Work is assigned as available and hours or routes are not guaranteed. Responsibilities Pick up donation checks and other authorized items from donors and businesses. Provide receipts, literature, decals, or other campaign materials when required. Make authorized deposits at designated local banks. Complete assigned pickup and delivery routes accurately and professionally. Maintain communication regarding completed stops and route status. Maintain accurate records of pickups, deposits, and deliveries. Represent our organization professionally when interacting with donors and businesses. Compensation Courier drivers are paid per authorized pickup/stop, including authorized bank-deposit stops. Drivers may generally complete approximately two pickups per hour, depending on route location, traffic, distance between stops, and donor availability. Payments are issued weekly. Additional compensation may be available for certain extended-distance routes or assignments. Requirements Applicants must: Have a reliable personal vehicle. Possess a valid driver’s license. Maintain legally required automobile insurance. Have a reliable smartphone with calling, texting, GPS, and email capability. Be dependable, organized, professional, and able to work independently. Be comfortable driving throughout assigned service areas. Successfully complete any required background screening. Maintain accurate communication regarding assigned pickups and deposits.
