We are seeking independently established cleaning businesses and owner-operators interested in providing professional turnover cleaning services for our vacation rental properties. IMPORTANT: This opportunity is for independent cleaning companies, not individuals seeking traditional employment. Applicants must operate their own cleaning business, be capable of providing services independently, and be prepared to enter into a contractor agreement under their business's appropriate legal name. What We're Looking For An established cleaning company or owner-operated cleaning business Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or motel cleaning experience preferred Ability to perform turnovers independently and meet agreed cleaning standards Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable transportation Own cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to use a smartphone and cleaning management applications Professional references Responsibilities Provide complete Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning services Perform detailed inspections, including checking for hair, stains, and missed areas Prepare beds, change linens, and restock property supplies Complete regular turnovers and scheduled deep cleans Submit clear photos and report property issues through our cleaning management application Complete turnovers within agreed service windows, often approximately three hours Independent Business Requirements Applicants must: Operate an independent cleaning business Provide their business name and ownership information Provide an EIN and completed W-9 as required for onboarding Be willing to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement using the correct legal business name Be capable of managing and performing cleaning services independently Provide professional references Applicants who operate an established business but need assistance obtaining an EIN can request guidance during onboarding. Schedule and Opportunities Typically 2–3 cleaning opportunities per week, depending on reservations Approximately 15–20 hours of potential work weekly, depending on property needs Most turnovers occur during daytime checkout and check-in windows Some cleanings may extend past 5 PM Work availability is based on property reservations and is not guaranteed.
