Incoming order processor

Sheldon Medical Supply is looking for a Incoming order processor in our Saginaw location. Desired candidates will possess excellent communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills along with drive and willingness to learn. Someone who also works good under pressure. Someone who is dependable and reliable. Preferred but not required - Medical experience, insurance knowledge and DME experience. Sheldon Medical Supply's medical Incoming order processor (fax processor) is a very fast paced position with responsibilities of verifying every inbound fax and identify the nature of each fax. Each fax that comes over needs to be researched to see which employee/department it goes to. Insurance verification also needs to be done before tasking to the appropriate person.
