Inbound Warehouse Team Lead | Job Summary JW Fulfillment is seeking a reliable and hands-on Inbound Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate daily receiving operations and support the inbound team. The role includes receiving, checking, scanning, sorting, labeling, inventory updates, put-away, and handling inbound issues. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily receiving, scanning, counting, labeling, palletizing, and put-away. Assign tasks based on shipment volume and daily priorities. Check shipment quantities, product information, labels, and receiving documents. Update receiving and inventory information in the warehouse system. Handle damaged, missing, extra, returned, or incorrectly labeled items. Communicate with other departments to resolve receiving issues. Train new employees and monitor team accuracy and productivity. Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist with warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse receiving or inbound experience is required. Team Lead or employee training experience is preferred. B2B, B2C, e-commerce, or Amazon FBA experience is preferred. Familiarity with inventory control, warehouse systems, and put-away procedures is preferred. Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work full-time onsite and assist with hands-on warehouse tasks. Forklift experience or certification is preferred. Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are required.
