Inbound & Outbound Manager

Position Overview Tradewinds Global Logistics is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily inbound and outbound operations at our Westfield facility. This position is responsible for managing warehouse personnel, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring accurate, efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and shipping operations. Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules, dock assignments, and freight priorities. Direct forklift operators, warehouse associates, and temporary labor. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and product locations within Extensiv WMS. Verify inbound and outbound quantities, documentation, and product condition. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Train employees, monitor productivity, and enforce accountability. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Communicate operational issues and daily progress to facility leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a leadership role. Experience managing receiving, shipping, and warehouse personnel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Experience in 3PL or distribution operations preferred. Ability to independently manage daily warehouse activities.
