Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate workflows between shippers and freight forwarders
• Respond to bookings and monitor required shipment dates
• Verify shipping documents, customs compliance, and payment timing
• Produce weekly vendor performance KPIs and reports
• Provide delivery visibility to distribution facilities and USA 3PLs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in administration, supply chain, or related field
• Three to five years of traffic coordination experience
• Bilingual French and English communication required
• Strong computer skills and data synthesis ability
• CIFFA certification is an asset
