• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers to refine receiving processes and reduce downstream errors.
• Mentor and develop warehouse supervisors while fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Resolve inventory and accounts payable discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Participate in strategic projects to share best practices and enhance warehouse performance.
Qualifications
Required Skills
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of distribution and inbound/outbound logistics processes.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory management software and data reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AS/400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Proven ability to manage safety initiatives and compliance programs.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
