Duties Sort incoming merchandise by category, size, or priority to streamline store operations Package products securely for storage, shipment, or display using appropriate techniques and tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sorting and packaging areas to ensure safety and efficiency Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and arranging displays to enhance product visibility Operate equipment like forklifts (if certified) to move heavy or bulky items safely within the store Support cashiering duties when needed, including processing transactions accurately and providing friendly customer service Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on tools and equipment to uphold store standards Skills Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in sorting and packaging processes Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers when necessary Experience in retail sales or customer service environments is a plus Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred) Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs Capable of maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in busy work areas Flexible team player with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment.
