NW AssociatesShop Hand / Local Delivery Driver Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop Hand / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will split your time between manufacturing custom flooring accessories in our shop and running local deliveries/material pickups. No prior specialized fabrication experience is required— full paid training will be provided! If you are handy, work well in a fast environment, and have a clean driving record, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Shop Fabrication: Learn to craft and build custom flooring accessories, including wood/LVP stair nosings, flush-mount vents, and custom trims. Deliveries & Pickups: Run local job-site deliveries and material pick-ups approximately twice a week. Shop Upkeep: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Pace & Efficiency: Work efficiently in a steady, fast-paced environment to meet production and delivery schedules. Schedule & Hours Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time) Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Valid auto insurance. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Basic hands-on tool skills or experience in woodworking/construction is a plus, but not required. Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
