What We're Looking For: Experience with call centers Strong communication skills Dispatch experience Flexibility: We operate 24/7, so we need someone who can work holidays and weekends. What You'll Do: Coordinate and manage dispatches for our security personnel across South Florida and Broward. Maintain clear communication with security teams and clients Ensure the timely and accurate handling of all calls and requests.
