In-House Contract Administrator (Hybrid / Full-Time Contract Role)
Latitude LegalLooking for a seat inside a corporate legal department, a hybrid schedule with Mondays and Fridays remote, and a role that could lead to a permanent position? Latitude is seeking an In-House Contract Administrator to join the legal department of one of our corporate clients in Atlanta on a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract basis. Working under the guidance of a senior attorney and in close partnership with Procurement, you’ll keep the company’s contracting process moving, from intake and first drafts through signature, filing, and renewal tracking, while building hands-on experience with leading legaltech platforms such as Coupa and Luminance. This is a temporary contract position (as a benefits-eligible Latitude W2 employee) with an initial term of one month and the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role. It’s a strong fit for a contract administrator, contracts specialist, or experienced contracts paralegal who enjoys bringing order to a high-volume process and wants to work side by side with in-house counsel. Responsibilities Of The Contract Administrator Manage the intake, routing, and tracking of contract requests through the legal department’s contracting workflow, under the direction of a senior attorney Coordinate with Procurement on supplier contracts, purchase requisitions, sourcing timelines, and handoffs between Procurement and Legal Prepare first drafts of non-disclosure agreements, standard agreements, and amendments from approved templates, and escalate non-standard terms to the supervising attorney Conduct an initial review of proposals, terms and conditions, and privacy addendums, and flag deviations from approved positions Facilitate the contract signature process, including e-signature routing and execution follow-up Maintain the contract repository and accurate contract records in the department’s contract management systems Keep a calendar of deadlines, renewals, and expirations, and report on contract status, bottlenecks, and roadblocks to completion Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and counterparties on the status of contracting activities Support process improvements, template updates, and reporting for the legal department Requirements For The Contract Administrator Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience in contract administration, contracts management, or as a contracts paralegal; alternatively, other similar digital document / process management Demonstrated experience with legaltech, such as contract lifecycle management platforms, e-signature tools, and contract repositories Demonstrated proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and Copilot Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and competing deadlines Comfortable communicating and collaborating across departments Strong written and verbal communication skills Outstanding professional references Preferred Qualifications Experience with Coupa Experience with Luminance Experience with SharePoint, including document libraries and workflows Prior experience in a corporate legal department, procurement function, or law firm Familiarity with commercial contract terms, NDAs, and privacy-related addendums Paralegal certificatea plus Position Details Of The Contract Administrator Type of role: Contract In-House Contract Administrator (temporary), with potential to convert to a permanent position Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Assignment term: Initial term of one month, with potential to extend or convert Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (on-site Tuesday through Thursday; WFH Mondays and Fridays) Compensation Pay: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
