Import Logistics Specialist

Imports Associate supporting Transportation & Logistics within the Shipping, Logistics & Procurement department. Coordinate international inbound shipments of gaming and creator hardware to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. Key duties Prepare and manage import documentation Track freight and shipment status, ensuring accurate visibility Resolve customs and import-related issues Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and auditing Identify opportunities to optimize import processes and support continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of international shipping and import compliance Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to track shipments and troubleshoot issues effectively Strong communication and coordination skills with external and internal partners Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, collaborative environment
