Major wholesale distribution company seeks an Import Logistics/Traffic Coordinator to join their team!
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

• Schedule and monitor all inbound shipments according to PO timelines and department guidelines.
• Track and document vessel schedules, transit times, and delays.
• Ensure proper communi

cation of shipment statuses to internal teams.
• Manage exceptions related to routing, schedule changes, or carrier adjustments.
• Confirm container pickup.
• Support ISF and Customs documentation timelines.
• Maintain shipment data in internal logistics systems.
• Escalate transit delays, missed cutoffs, or vendor non‐compliance to management.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain coordination; proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with the QuestaWeb platform.
