Coordinate end-to-end import shipments across Forward Air’s LTL and intermodal network
Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation and shipment records
Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and customers to track freight status
Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and transportation regulations
Enter and verify shipment data in transportation management systems
Collaborate with operations and customer service to meet service commitments
Provide timely updates and reports to internal teams and customers
Support continuous improvement of import workflows and processes
Uphold safety, security, and performance standards in daily operations
