IMPORT & EXPORT OCEAN/AIR-FREIGHT COORDINATOR

Full Job Description DYNO GLOBAL LOGISTICS: We are currently seeking an Ocean/Air Import & Export Coordinator to join our growing team. Other modes of international transport knowledge welcome. Main duties and responsibilities: As a global logistics expert in CANADA , you will be responsible for managing the shipment process A to Z including scheduling, booking, billing, deliveries, cargo insurance, documentation, shipment pre-alerting & track/trace updating system. You will be expected to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service to both clients and vendors and ensure on time delivery and closing all files. Qualifications: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience working in International Freight Forwarding . This major Requisite imperative. Ocean freight import/export experience with thorough knowledge of eManifesting and complete Export booking & handling - closing files. Airfreight knowledge, an asset. Must have a deep understanding and appreciation for customer care. Excellent organization, communication skills (both verbal and written). Highly motivated and team player. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Customers. Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment. CIFFA Certification is considered an asset. We offer competitive compensation and benefit package.
