What You'll Do
Process import/export documentation accurately and efficiently
Monitor shipments and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues
Maintain records of transactions for compliance audits
Liaise with customs officials to facilitate smooth clearance processes
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Assist in inventory management related to imported/exported goods
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in import/export operations or logistics
Knowledge of customs regulations and shipping practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software is a plus
