We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Import/ Export Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing customs-related documentation, coordinating with customers and government agencies, and helping ensure the smooth movement of shipments through the import, export, and in-bond process. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Prepare, process, and maintain import, export, and in-bond documentation. Assist with in-bond movements, cancellations, warehouse entries, domestic entries, and other customs-related transactions. Communicate with customers, carriers, customs officials, and internal departments regarding shipment status and documentation requirements. Review paperwork for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain organized records and files of customs transactions. Provide timely and professional customer service while helping resolve documentation or clearance issues. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in customs brokerage, import/export operations, logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
