SHIFT OPTIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
OVERNIGHT SHIFTS
• Tuesday–Saturday: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM
AFTERNOON/EVENING SHIFTS
• Tuesday–Saturday: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
IMPORTANT: The overnight positions involve working from 11:30 PM until 8:00 AM the following morning. Candidates must be comfortable and available to work their selected fixed schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and process international air import shipments from arrival through delivery
• Use CargoWise to manage shipment files, update milestones, and maintain accurate documentation
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport providers, and customers
• Monitor shipment arrivals, delivery arrangements, and potential delays
• Ensure import documentation and shipment data are accurate and complete
• Provide timely updates and resolve operational issues
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and applicable import requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous air import or air freight operations experience
• Hands-on CargoWise experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment
• Availability to work one of the listed fixed schedules
