Implementation Consultant

P1ston is a fast-growing supply chain SaaS company helping manufacturers and suppliers ditch spreadsheets and endless email chains for a smarter, more connected way of working. Our platform works with existing ERPs to bring real-time visibility, automate manual processes, and streamline everything from purchase orders to supplier collaboration. The result? Faster decisions, fewer errors, stronger partnerships, and more resilient supply chains. P1ston is hiring an Implementation Consultant to work directly with our customers. They are responsible for delivering high quality knowledge transfer services to clients, allowing them to use our SaaS products efficiently and effectively in their daily operations. The Implementation Consultant will implement the products according to predetermined timelines and establish a positive baseline for the new relationship between the client and the P1ston. Key Responsibilities Deliver implementation services including consultation, configuration, readiness assessments, and user support to ensure successful product adoption. Configure P1ston SaaS products and support integrations with client systems, including validating data accuracy. Lead client training and knowledge transfer sessions (remote and on-site). Create implementation and support documentation Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues, responding to inquiries, and escalating when needed. Advise clients on workflow improvements and best practices to optimize product usage. Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements for integrations, reporting, and process changes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and project activities. Partner with QA and technical teams to test solutions and validate issue resolution. Proactively communicate risks, issues, and project impacts to internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain client-facing and internal documentation. Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Qualifications Required and demonstratable working knowledge of one or more of the following ERP systems: Epicor Kinetic, Epicor Prophet 21, Infor, JDE, Plex, NetSuite with a focus on the purchasing, shipping and receiving modules for these systems. Experience with system integrations, including workflow analysis, data mapping, and API troubleshooting (e.g., JSON, Postman). Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel; SQL/NoSQL experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in implementation, training, or similar client-facing roles. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with a variety of software tools and systems. Ability to travel up to 15-25% (US and Canada) with a valid driver’s license.
