🎯 Pick with Precision
• Navigate the warehouse using voice-directed technology, robotics, and automated conveyor systems.
• Accurately select products for customer orders across a large-scale distribution facility.
• Ensure every item reaches the correct destination quickly and efficiently.
📦 Pack the Perfect Order
• Assemble shipping cartons and protective packaging.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Create premium, brand-specific gift packaging experiences that delight customers.
Deliver Quality Every Time
• Conduct final order inspections before shipment.
• Verify item quantities, product accuracy, and packaging standards.
• Help maintain the company's reputation for excellence through careful quality control.
🚚 Manage Incoming & Outgoing Shipments
• Verify merchandise against manifests, tickets, and shipping documentation.
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
• Ensure receiving and shipping operations remain accurate and efficient.
📱 Utilize Industry-Leading Technology
• Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Print and manage put-away, picking, and shipping labels.
• Confirm inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.
🧹 Keep Operations Running Smoothly
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace.
• Remove packaging materials, cardboard, and pallets from work areas.
• Support facility-wide housekeeping and safety initiatives.

💪 Physical Requirements
This is an active role that keeps you moving throughout the day. You'll regularly:

• Work on your feet in a dynamic distribution environment.
