Pay: $16.00/hour
Location: East Moline, IL
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime and Saturday work as needed
What You'll Do
• Operate a forklift throughout the majority of your shift
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move racks, containers, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process shipments
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using shipping documentation
• Sort, stage, and process plastic totes and containers
• Support tote washing operations and material flow throughout the facility
• Perform basic repairs on plastic containers using hand tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment standards
What We're Looking For
• At least 6 months of recent forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience
• Previous forklift operating experience and ability to pass a forklift skills assessment
• Experience loading and unloading trucks in a warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail when handling inventory and shipping paperwork
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory control or warehouse distribution experience
• Experience with hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing support, or material handling
• Experience working in high-volume warehouse environments

Work Environment
This position works in a busy warehouse that processes plastic totes and storage racks used in manufacturing operations. You'll spend most of your day operating a forklift while also assisting with scanning, staging, washing, and repair activities. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
