• Process and audit company products so they are configured to meet specific customer requirements.
• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations following established procedures.
• Inspect products to verify adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Sort and count parts to support accurate inventory control.
• Collect cardboard and load it into the compactor to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including labeling and preparing items for dispatch.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory-related duties as needed.
Essential Skills
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience with order picking processes.
• Proficiency in packing products for shipment.
• Experience with shipping procedures and documentation.
• Ability to perform inventory tasks, including stock checks and counts.
• Accuracy in counting parts and items.
• Skill in labeling products and packages correctly.
• Attention to detail when auditing orders and inspecting products.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
