Ice Cream Distribution

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking driver/distributor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our premium, handmade ice cream to grocery stores, ice cream shops, and other wholesale customers throughout the Greater Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago areas. This is a hands-on position that combines driving, product delivery, stocking, inventory management, and light warehouse/production work. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in providing excellent service to our wholesale partners. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently deliver ice cream products to wholesale accounts and Scratch Ice Cream locations throughout the Greater Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago areas Load, transport, unload, and handle ice cream products and supplies Stock and organize ice cream products at grocery stores and other retail locations Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices to ensure product freshness Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels at customer locations Package and prepare ice cream products for delivery Inspect products and displays to ensure they are properly stocked, organized, and presented Communicate professionally with grocery store personnel, shop employees, and other wholesale customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company delivery vehicle Assist with other warehouse, packaging, and distribution tasks as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean, responsible driving record Reliable transportation to and from our Brookfield, WI facility Comfortable driving a company vehicle for extended periods Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs.
