Job Title: Industrial Cleaning - CDL Driver Location: Harrison County, WV – Job sites and disposal locations throughout WV Industry: Industrial Cleaning / Oil & Gas Work Environment: Driving to and from job locations and landfills; field exposure to various weather conditions Pay Range: $25–$29/Hour Experience Level: Valid CDL Required; Oil & Gas Experience Preferred Reporting Structure: Reports to Project Manager / Director of Industrial Cleaning (IC) Operations The Opportunity Octane moves fast — and our CDL Drivers are what keep the operation running. Core Responsibilities - Operate Class A or B CDL vehicle to job sites, yards, and disposal locations - Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to verify safe operational condition - Comply with all Federal, State, and Octane internal documentation requirements - Coordinate with dispatch and field teams on pickup, delivery, and scheduling What We’re Looking For - Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — required - Clean driving record - Dependable, punctual, and professional - Comfortable working in oil & gas and industrial environments - Ability to complete required compliance documentation accurately What Sets You Apart - Prior oil & gas or industrial cleaning field experience - Experience hauling industrial waste, equipment, or field materials - Strong situational awareness and safety-first mindset behind the wheel - Team player who communicates proactively with dispatch and site teams Compensation $25–$29/hour based on experience, CDL class, and driving record Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Referral program Retirement plan Uniform allowance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
