Hybrid BOH Inventory / FOH Sales / Delivery Associate Budtender Yerba Buena is seeking a hospitality-focused, detail-oriented Hybrid Budtender to join our vibrant team. This hybrid Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Delivery role combines exceptional customer service with operational excellence to create a seamless dispensary experience, both in our shop and at our customers' doors. How the role works: You'll be scheduled for Front of House (sales floor) shifts on certain days and Back of House (inventory/fulfillment) shifts on other days. You won't be moving back and forth between the two during a shift. Delivery may be assigned on either FOH or BOH days. As a Hybrid Budtender, you'll serve as a host, guide, and product expert while also supporting inventory management, fulfillment, local delivery, and daily dispensary operations. Whether your day is spent assisting guests on the sales floor, preparing online orders, restocking products, maintaining accurate inventory, or delivering orders to customers across the neighborhood, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every customer interaction is engaging, efficient, and enjoyable.
