Hybrid Remote - Supply Chain Manager - Supply Chain

Salary: $120K - $140K+ Location: Remote w/ regular visits to NJ HQ Supply Chain Manager (Contract Manufacturing / OEM) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for our contract manufacturing and OEM partnerships. The role is responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory optimization and ensuring excellent on-time delivery (OTD) performance. The ideal candidate will use Dynamics 365 to drive forecasting, planning and operational excellence while working cross-functionally to balance cost, quality and lead time objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies for contract manufacturing and OEM relationships that align with company goals for cost, quality and delivery. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply. Manage procurement operations from requisition to purchase order to supplier invoice, ensuring compliance with contracting terms and internal controls. Oversee demand planning, inventory management and safety stock policies to optimize working capital and minimize stockouts. Work closely with contract manufacturers and OEMs to monitor production schedules, quality metrics and capacity, driving corrective actions when needed. Use Dynamics 365 to maintain accurate master data, generate forecasts, track KPIs (including OTD), and support continuous improvements in planning and execution. Establish and monitor supplier KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans to raise supplier reliability and quality. Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality and finance teams to resolve supply issues, support new product introductions and manage change control. Drive cost-reduction programs through strategic sourcing, process improvements and supplier partnerships while maintaining product and service levels. Lead, mentor and develop a small supply chain team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and data-driven decision making. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 3 years managing contract manufacturing and/or OEM relationships. Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier negotiations with demonstrated cost savings outcomes. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP systems) for demand planning, purchasing and inventory control. Strong understanding of OTD metrics, supply chain KPIs and best practices in inventory optimization and demand planning. Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chains, including capacity planning, lead-time management and risk mitigation. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions; advanced Excel skills required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and supplier relationships. Certifications such as APICS/CSCP, CPSM or equivalent are a plus. Willingness to travel to supplier sites as required.
