HYBRID LIGHT TECH - STORE MANAGER

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hybrid Light Tech - Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and expertise. This role combines technical knowledge of lighting products with strong management skills to ensure smooth store operations, exceptional customer service, and effective sales strategies. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee daily store activities, manage inventory, develop team members, and drive sales growth—all while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming shopping environment. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Lead and supervise the retail sales team, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and customer engagement Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to optimize product availability and store profitability Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS system management, and bookkeeping tasks Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Implement merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional displays to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions Monitor sales performance, manage shift schedules, and ensure compliance with operational policies and safety standards Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in lighting or electronics sectors Demonstrated supervisory skills with a strong background in retail sales team management and operational oversight Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, purchasing procedures, and cash handling processes Skilled in negotiation, employee recruitment including interviewing candidates, and managing payroll activities Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with retail math including budgeting, pricing strategies, and basic financial analysis Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Hybrid Light Tech - Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
