HVAC Warehouse Manager, Hands On, Sheet Metal Fabrication

We are taking applications for a long-term warehouse manager to join our team! We are a local HVAC company with a great environment and working relationship within our team members. This position will be vital to the success and efficiency of our company. Read below for more information about our company and the required duties of this position. Here are the required duties: 1. Work Monday - Friday starting at 7:30am with an end time up to 5:00pm. 2. Leading by example to work with and manage 1 additional warehouse employee to complete all required warehouse duties. 3. Managing, organizing and maintaining our materials inventory shelves. 4. Ordering, receiving and restocking our materials inventory shelves. 5. Setting up material lists for the install crews to load up daily. 6. Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors 7. Updating and negotiating our vendor material price sheets. 8. Fabricating custom ductwork. (Training available) 9. Driving to deliver and pick up materials as needed. Qualities we are looking for: 1. Reliability. Reliable to be on time, present, and manage the required duties independently. 2. Excellent organizational skills. Someone who can manage the duties effectively, independently and efficiently. 3. Positive personality. We have a great team who all get along well. 4. Professional 5. Able to multitask 6. Good driving record 7. Physically fit to work in a warehouse that is not fully conditioned.
