HVAC Warehouse Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Full-Time HVAC Warehouse Associate supports field operations by delivering parts and equipment to job sites, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent part-time schedule in a fast-paced, hands-on setting. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver HVAC parts and equipment to and from job sites in a timely and professional manner. Return unused or warranty parts to suppliers and ensure proper documentation and labeling. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and shop area, including shelves, inventory locations, and common workspaces. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials and equipment. Help organize truck stock, load and unload materials, and stage parts for upcoming jobs. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating vehicles and handling materials. Schedule and Physical Requirements Full-time schedule: 8 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Prior warehouse, delivery, or HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
