Why Work With Celtic Air? $20.00 to $25.00 per hour , based on experience Consistent, year-round employment Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule Medical insurance with low employee contribution Optional family health coverage Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid vacation and six paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Company-provided uniforms Training and opportunities for professional development Family-oriented workplace with company events and team activities Established company with opportunities for long-term growth What You'll Do Receive, unload, and organize incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials Prepare and stage equipment and supplies for upcoming installation and service jobs Load and unload company vehicles, ensuring crews have the correct materials Maintain accurate inventory and assist with tracking warehouse supplies Organize shelving, storage areas, tools, and equipment Check deliveries for accuracy and report missing or damaged materials Assist with ordering, restocking, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure materials are ready when needed Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Support additional warehouse and operational needs as assigned What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience preferred HVAC, construction, or skilled trades experience is a plus but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily warehouse needs Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving equipment and materials Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems Dependable attendance and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license Build Your Future With Celtic Air Our warehouse plays an important role in keeping our technicians prepared, our projects on schedule, and our customers satisfied.
