Taylor HVAC is hiring an entry-level team member to help build ductwork, deliver materials, and keep our shop and work trucks ready to go. Responsibilities Learn to fabricate sheet metal ductwork in our shop located in South Ogden. Pick up supplies from local supply houses and deliver materials and tools to job sites. Keep the shop, tools, and inventory organized. Monitor truck maintenance needs, perform routine checks, and coordinate scheduled service. Help with loading, unloading, and other shop tasks as needed. What we’re looking for Dependable and punctual, with a willingness to learn. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Comfortable using tools, taking measurements, and following instructions. Able to safely handle materials and work in a shop environment. Someone who takes initiative and follows through. Previous HVAC or sheet metal experience is not required. Schedule: Work starts at 7:00 a.m. , with flexibility in hours. Specific scheduling needs can be discussed during the interview. Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
