HVAC Service Dispatcher

Role: HVAC Dispatcher Coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC and electrical service in the greater Seattle area. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and service requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of technicians. Schedule and dispatch HVAC/electrical technicians Create, update, and manage work orders Communicate appointment details and service changes to customers and field teams Optimize routes and adjust dispatch plans in response to changing priorities Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in dispatch systems Qualifications & Skills: Organized, calm under pressure, and highly professional with a strong commitment to dependable, safety-conscious service. Previous dispatch or customer service experience is preferred; HVAC industry knowledge is a plus.
