We are expanding our office team What You Will Be doing: First point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients Dispatch service technicians and schedule service calls, Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current Provide customers with timely updates on service lead times Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations What We Are Looking For: 2 + years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience Advanced customer service skills Excellent computer skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience Organizational skills and high attention to detail Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required High school diploma or equivalent
