HVAC Service Dispatcher $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time | Port Chester, NY Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Join Our Growing Team! Employee discounts Full kitchen with coffee bar and snacks What You'll Do Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently throughout the day. Coordinate daily service calls and manage technician schedules. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, scheduling changes, and service updates. Maintain clear communication with field technicians to ensure timely service. Prioritize incoming service requests and adjust schedules as needed. Help resolve scheduling conflicts and unexpected service delays. Support smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience, preferably in a service-related industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail HVAC industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
