HVAC Service Dispatcher Crystal Heating and Cooling Full-Time | HVAC Service Operations Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons Keep Our Service Team Moving Crystal Heating and Cooling is looking for an organized and proactive HVAC Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily service operations and keep our technicians moving efficiently throughout the day. You'll oversee the dispatch board, assign service and maintenance calls based on technician availability, location, and skill set, and adjust schedules as priorities change. This position is at the center of communication between our technicians, customers, and office team. Why Work With Crystal Heating and Cooling? $21.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience Stable, year-round employment Monday-Friday schedule Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow into dispatch leadership, operations, or office management Established HVAC company with long-term career potential What You'll Do Manage the daily dispatch board and technician schedules Assign service calls and maintenance jobs based on availability, location, and technician skill set Monitor technician progress and make schedule adjustments throughout the day Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce technician downtime Communicate job information, schedule changes, and updates to technicians in real time Work closely with customer service representatives to coordinate accurate scheduling and timely service Respond quickly to delays, emergency calls, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician status, and schedule changes Communicate priorities and updates across the office and field teams Help provide a positive customer experience through organized and timely service coordination The position requires frequent communication with technicians, office staff, and customers and can involve high-pressure situations during peak heating and cooling seasons. Dispatcher What We're Looking For Previous dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or similar experience preferred HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to confidently manage a busy dispatch board and changing priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Clear and professional communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with dispatch software, CRM platforms, or scheduling systems preferred Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused Make an Impact on the Entire Service Department A strong dispatcher does more than fill a schedule.
