HVAC SERVICE COORDINATOR/DISPATCHER
CMI A/C & ElectricalHVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher CMi Air Conditioning and Electrical, is hiring a service dispatcher. This position requires previous experience as a demand service dispatcher or service coordinator. Job description: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Candidate must be capable of clear and concise communications with clients, managers, and technicians. Also keep clients informed of schedule and requested lead-times. Applicants must: Have ability to multi-task and be detail oriented Maintain composure in an occasionally stressful environment Provide great customer service Professional, good communication skills Be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook Highly organized HVAC knowledge is a plus Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work load Excellent phone/communication and computer skills Must have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment 8 am – 5 pm + overtime + occasional Saturday Candidates must have dependable transportation, a great work ethic (showing up to work every day) a team mentality and a positive attitude. CMi is a DFWP, testing is a condition of employment. Competitive pay based on experience.
