HVAC/R Warehouse Coordinator

responsible for supporting construction and service teams by managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and material flow for HVAC/R equipment, parts, and tools. Key duties: Receive, inspect, and stock shipments; ensure materials are accurately documented and organized. Pick and stage orders for technicians; coordinate material availability for customer projects. Maintain accurate, organized inventory using warehouse systems. Monitor material movement and help ensure correct supply levels. Work in a safety-first, hands-on warehouse environment. Collaborate with field and project teams to support timely completion of work. Qualifications & skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory accuracy. Experience with warehouse operations including shipping/receiving and order fulfillment. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a hands-on environment. Clear communication and teamwork with technicians and project teams. Interest in HVAC/R and energy-related solutions, with a willingness to learn.
