We are recruiting a full-time HVAC Project Manager to support the delivery of HVAC and mechanical projects across Tullamarine, Cranbourne and surrounding areas. The Role ASM Chilltech is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our growing Projects team, supporting projects across Tullamarine and Cranbourne, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional with a background in HVAC&R, mechanical services, plumbing or construction projects to lead the delivery of projects from handover through to completion. As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing assigned projects, coordinating internal project teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on program, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage budgets and variations, address project risks and support successful project outcomes.
