HVAC/Plumbing Facilities Manager 3+ YRS EXP REQ

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities, inventory, yard and fleet. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment - Develop a fleet maintenance program - Develop an inventory management program - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services - Manage inventory - including purchasing and supplying workers with items via Purchase Orders - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management - Register equipment and manage manufacturer warranties on equipment Requirements: - Proven experience in facilities management or a related field - Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC as well as general construction - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
