HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a sharp, friendly, and organized Dispatcher & Customer Service Rockstar to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. What You’ll Do: Answer incoming service calls with a smile (even on the tough days!) Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently using our ServiceTitan software Keep customers updated on technician arrival times Handle billing questions, payment processing, and basic account updates Help coordinate emergency calls and keep everything running smoothly Be the calm voice that turns frustrated customers into happy ones What We Need From You: Excellent phone voice and customer service skills (you’re great with people!) Strong computer skills – quick learner on new software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with schedules, maps, and prioritizing urgent calls Previous dispatch, HVAC/plumbing, or call-center experience is a BIG plus (but we’ll train the right person) What We Offer: $20–$23/hr depending on experience Full-time Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays + PTO Simple IRA with company match Fun, supportive team environment (we actually like each other!)
