What We're Looking For We're searching for a dependable, detail-oriented dispatcher who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will have previous dispatching experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or residential home services industry, along with excellent organizational skills and a customer-first mindset. This position plays a critical role in our daily operations, coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, processing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring our service departments operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily service schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians. Dispatch technicians efficiently, considering location, availability, skill set, and customer needs. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, friendly, and timely communication. Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate emergencies, cancellations, and changing priorities. Create, process, and manage purchase orders (POs) to support daily service operations. Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Maintain accurate service records, including job details, purchase orders, invoices, and customer information. Work closely with the service and plumbing departments to maximize efficiency and productivity. Stay organized and solution-oriented while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a related residential home services industry required. Strong understanding of service scheduling, technician coordination, and dispatch operations. Experience processing purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and administrative systems. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. ServiceTitan experience is a HUGE plus! Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekend shifts. During the summer months, shifts will vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM to accommodate seasonal business demands. Why Join Us?
