Work #LikeABosch . US Air Conditioning Distributors is seeking talented, energetic parts counter sales professionals for its fast-growing Phoenix Parts Store. POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will create an inviting atmosphere for our customers by greeting walk-in and phone-in customers, assisting them in their HVAC parts needs, and differentiating US Air Conditioning Distributors from our competitors by providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for selling parts to customers by phone, email, and face-to-face; keeping inventory fully stocked, and keeping the store clean and well organized. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift. You will be picking and shipping inventory from the warehouse using an RF Scanner. In your position, you will be responsible for accurately filling orders, checking paperwork, and loading trucks. You will also participate in cycle counts, inventory receiving, bin tracking, and item bin re-locations. In addition to the warehousing activities, you will work with the team to help keep the warehouse clean and organized. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma 1 year HVAC Experience 1 year of experience operating a forklift PREFERRED: Customer service skills Teamwork skills Computer skills Ability to take initiative Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times Ability to lift heavy products up to 75lbs Knowledge in HVAC parts, supplies, and systems WE OFFER: This position offers full benefits, competitive pay, and opportunity for advancement for the right person who exhibits exemplary traits and work habits.
