HVAC Operations Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 200k/year - Sterling, VA
Our client, a stable design/build mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Operations Manager (internally titled HVAC Project Operations Manager), to oversee their projects department. Our client has been in business for over 20 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The projects will be mostly retrofit projects, ranging from $5K to $1MM.
Responsibilities:
In this position, the HVAC Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing the team of 4-5 Project Managers. You will oversee all ongoing projects, help the team with high-level issues, and make sure the department is profitable and efficient.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess 8+ years of project management experience, with a background in HVAC or related trades. The candidate will also have had some leadership experience within the trades. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation:
