We are looking to hire an Assistant to work directly with the Install, Service & Accounting Departments. Inventory Management. Schedule coordinating delivery schedule for parts and technicians Answer phones in service department and help schedule customers Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively. Schedule service/estimates for customers. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, orders and deliveries. Punctuality, organized, dependable, and reliable. Attention to detail is a must. HVAC experience is a HUGE plus but not required. Bilingual a HUGE plus. Friendly, upbeat personality with great phone voice and etiquette. Productive and efficient.
