Apply now. What You’ll Do Represent Air Docs professionally with homeowners (you’re the face we send in) Dispatch and communicate with HVAC technicians throughout the day. Speak with each technician after every service call to obtain all necessary job information. Request equipment and parts pricing from vendors. Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and system replacements. Create invoices and purchase orders using ServiceTitan. Schedule appointments and assist customers over the phone. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required).
